We have been hearing rumors of a Nokia tablet
that will runs Microsoft’s Windows 8 for a while now, Nokia’s CEO
Stephen Elop has mentioned previously that Nokia are considering
launching a Windows 8 based tablet.
Now it would appear that we may have some more details about the new
Windows 8 tablet from Nokia, according to a recent report from
DigiTimes, Nokia may launch their first Windows 8 tablet in quarter four
of 2012.

The device is rumored to come with a 10 inch touchscreen display and
will apparently be powered by a dual core Qualcomm SoC, so the device
could possibly use Qualcomm’s S4 processor.
It would be interesting to see what a Windows 8 based tablet from
Nokia would be like, and considering the two companies close
relationship we suspect that one of the first Windows 8 tablets to be
launched may come from Nokia.
