Motorola has released an update for their MOTO ACTV, and the latest version of the software is 4.55.97 and it brings a number of improvements to the MOTO ACTV.According to the release notes, the update for the MOTO ACTV brings an improved battery life along with a battery status bar which will show you how much battery you have left.
